We deeply value our cherished customers and are committed to providing the highest quality experience. To maintain the quality and freshness of our products and to cover the upfront costs associated with our service, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Refunds:

1. *Credit for Future Deliveries:* We promise to only design and delivery to exceptional industry standards. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for delivered floral subscriptions. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you encounter any concerns with your delivered flowers, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team at support@birdsongblooms. They will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and, when appropriate, provide you with a credit to be applied to your next scheduled delivery withing 5-7 business days. This credit can be used to select a new bouquet or make adjustments to your future subscription to better meet your preferences.

Cancellations:

2. *Flexibility for Subscribers:* We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust or cancel your subscription. You have the freedom to cancel your autopay scheduled subscription at any time after the initial delivery. We are not able to cancel or provide partial refunds in regards to minimum orders. We aim to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Just get in touch with our customer support team at support@birdsongblooms, and they will assist you in canceling your autopay subscription or making any necessary changes to your plan within 5-7 business days. Need to switch from a weekly to a monthly subscription? We are happy to assist you in making subscription changes.

Delivery Options and Fees

We offer local delivery services within a 50-mile radius of Leavenworth, Kansas. We take pride in serving our community and ensuring that our cherished customers receive their floral subscriptions promptly and with the utmost care. To accommodate different locations within our delivery area, we offer the following multi-tiered delivery options:

Tier 1: Leavenworth, KS 
- Fee: $10.00
- Description: For those in Leavenworth and Lansing city limits.

Tier 2: Within 10 miles of Leavenworth, KS
- Fee: $15.00
- Description: If you are located within a 10-mile radius of Leavenworth, including Leavenworth County.

Tier 3: Within 20-30 miles of Leavenworth, KS
- Fee: $25.00
- Description: For customers residing within a 20 to 30 mile radius of Leavenworth and Leavenworth County. 

Tier 4: Within 30 - 40 miles of Leavenworth, KS
- Fee: $35.00
- Description: For customers on the outskirts of our delivery radius, up to 40 miles from Leavenworth.

Delivery dates are determined by the frequency of each subscription and when the order is placed online. We are not able to offer changes to date selection for delivery based on our current delivery system.

We will deliver on the same day per month per your order. If you have questions, please contact our customer support team at support@birdsongblooms.com. There will respond within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we do not provide national or international shipping; our delivery services are exclusively available within this specified local area.

Blooming Joy - Monthly Subscription

Every week and every delivery is unique and geared towards celebrating the season! All subscriptions list an approximate stem count within the product description. These are approximate counts per industry standards and we will provide value of bloom variety over stem count to ensure the greatest design and customer satisfaction. 

We source our flowers locally on a seasonal basis and partner with local wholesalers when necessary to meet the demands of our cherished customers.

We listen to our customer feedback and also endeavor to be good stewards of our planet when we consider what materials we use! We encourage our customers to have a staff member place the empty used vases into the return crate we provide to all factility residences.

We understand that when sending our beautiful floral subscriptions to your loved ones residing in residential skilled nursing facilities, you may have some questions. To assist you, here are some frequently asked questions and important information:

1. Can I send live floral arrangements to a nursing home?
   - Please check with your loved one's facility to ensure they can receive live floral arrangements. We are unable to confirm this on your behalf, as policies may vary among different facilities.

2. Are there any restrictions on floral deliveries to nursing homes?
   - Nursing homes may have specific guidelines or restrictions regarding floral deliveries. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we require that you please verify with the facility whether there are any limitations to consider such as allergy or pet restrictions. Please communicate any requirements, such as delivery to front desk only, at time of purchase. We may not be able to accomodate or ultimately deliver without this important information.

3. What is the order cancellation and refund policy if the facility does not allow floral arrangments?
   - We can accommodate order cancellations and provide refunds or credits only if you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. After the delivery has been made, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds or credits.

Your Responsibility:
- Upon delivery, the customer assumes all responsibility for the care and vase life of each floral product. 
- To extend the lifespan of your flowers, follow these simple care instructions:

**Flower Care Tips:**
1. Upon receiving your floral arrangement, inspect the water level and top off with cool fresh water in case of spillage during delivery. Fresh flowers drink lots of water and will thrive when kept hydrated.

2. Cut Stems: Trim approximately one half  inch from the bottom of each stem at a sharp angle every 4-5 days or when you notice any change in the health of your blooms. This allows for better water absorption and may help rejuvenate them.

4. Water Change: Change the water every 2-3 days, ensuring it remains clean and free from any debris. This is very important to reduce any bacterial growth that may reduce vase life.

5. Vase Placement: Place your vase in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and heat sources. 

6. Avoiding Drafts: Keep the arrangement away from drafts or air conditioning vents, as this can cause premature wilting.

7. Regular Check: Regularly inspect your arrangement and remove any spent or wilted blooms to prolong the overall freshness. Always watch the water level and refill when necessary.

Quality Guarantee Policy:
- While we guarantee the freshness of our flowers and the care we provide, we cannot guarantee the exact vase life, as this depends on various factors including the flower variety and environmental conditions.
- We encourage you to follow our care tips to maximize the beauty and longevity of your flowers.

By following these guidelines and caring for your floral arrangement, you can enjoy the full splendor of your flowers and extend their vase life. 

If there are any quality concerns, please alert the delivery driver upon delivery when possible. If not possible, we require a notice from customers within 24 hours. Contact us at support@birdsongblooms.com to address these concerns and we will work with you to resolve this issue with store credit or a re-delivery when appropriate. 

IMPORTANT - Please check with the desired facility about their floral and plant policy before placing your order. We are unable to provide refunds or cancellations if we ultimately are unable to deliver due to a policy restriction.
