At Birdsong Blooms, we offer free delivery for all our subscription bouquets. Our delivery times are flexible, and you can choose to receive your bouquets bi-weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule of your choice. Our delivery team takes great care to ensure that your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, so we offer our customers the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next delivery is scheduled. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund for any remaining deliveries in your subscription.
Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality of our flowers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to make it right, including issuing a replacement bouquet or providing a refund.
